About Us

Hi Garden Projecters,

I’m Rob and I have been a bit of a builder/DIYing ever since I can remember. I have always enjoyed being in the backyard, building, and working on different projects. As a kid I used to make a lot of things with my dad and growing up that hobby has continued.

I am by no means an expert, but I have been around the block enough to understand what’s needed and how to get it done.

My earliest garden project I can remember was “helping” my dad make a rabbit hutch for my sister – I say helping very loosely, as I think I was more of a hindrance back then. But those little projects I worked on helped develop this hobby of mine well into adulthood.

What i love with garden projects, is there are always other projects to get your hands dirty with. Perhaps, the kids want a cute little bunny and its left up to you to make the hutch or perhaps you’ve decided to build a lovely bird aviary to house some finches and quails (i personally loved this project)

Some projects you might not even realize the significance until you do your research. For example, if your shed doesn’t have adequate ventilation for the paints and chemicals you’ll store in there, you could be harming anyone who enters inside.

Whatever the project, whatever the size, I have decided to put together this free online resource to help anyone who needs a few questions answered about their garden project. As I said before, I am by no means an expert, and in some cases, expert advice will be needed. I am just a guy who has had a lifelong hobby of working on different backyard projects and I really would love to share my knowledge with you.

You will find a range of different projects here, such as:

  • Storage sheds
  • Greenhouses
  • Landscaping
  • Garden ponds
  • Garden projects for animals
  • Backyard fun (trampolining, etc)
  • BBQ area
  • Many, many, more different garden projects!

This blog for backyard projects is a constantly growing project of mine that I would like to fill with every type of garden project possible.

I’m truly humbled that you took the time to visit my blog, I hope you found the information you were seeking. If you have any questions then please feel free to message me HERE

Thank you!

Rob.
